Terms of service

Last updated November 7, 2026

Plain-language terms for using WrenchLink. If something here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.

01Using the service

By creating an account or using WrenchLink, you agree to these terms on behalf of your shop. You must be at least 18 and able to agree for the business. You are responsible for everyone you add to your shop team and for keeping sign-in details private.

02Plans, trial and billing

  • New shops get a 7-day free trial. Billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
  • Plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with at least 30 days' notice.
  • There is no contract. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid month.
  • Monthly fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires.
  • On Pro, customer pay links cost $1 per paid invoice, taken from prepaid credit. Prepaid credit is not refundable.

03Your shop's data

Your shop owns the records it enters. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to collect your customers' information and to contact them, including by text. You can export your records at any time.

04Texts and emails

When you send texts through your own texting account, you are the sender and you are responsible for following texting rules, including getting customer consent and honoring STOP requests. Your texting provider's own terms and charges also apply.

05Payments from your customers

Customer pay links run on your shop's own Stripe account, or on the Square, PayPal, Venmo Business or other pay link you connect. Each processor's own terms and rates apply. We never see or store full card numbers. Payouts, refunds, chargebacks and disputes are between your shop, your customer and your processor.

06AI features

AI fix help, explanations, layout editing and business advice are suggestions only. They can be wrong. A qualified technician must confirm any diagnosis or repair, and you are responsible for the work your shop performs and the prices you charge. When you connect your own AI account, that provider's terms and charges apply.

07Vehicle information

VIN decoding, recalls and maintenance schedules come from public and third-party sources. We do our best to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee they are complete or current. Always confirm recall status with the manufacturer.

08Fair use

  • Do not use WrenchLink to send spam or messages people did not agree to receive.
  • Do not break the law, upload harmful files, or try to access other shops' records.
  • Do not resell or copy the service.

09Ending service

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or goes unpaid, and will give notice when we reasonably can. After closing, you can ask us to export or delete your records.

10No warranty and limits

WrenchLink is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what your shop paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will tell shops about important changes before they take effect. Using WrenchLink after that means you accept them. Questions? Email calabreseconsultants@gmail.com.
